I confirm my participation in the October Pickleball Round Robin and agree to abide by all event rules and sportsmanship guidelines. I understand that pickleball is a physical activity carried out at altitude, and I take part at my own risk. I confirm that I am physically able to participate.

Your details are sent to us, then you continue to secure payment. Your place is confirmed only once payment is received.

Registration and refunds. Registration closes October 15, 2026. Of your $185, a $50 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining $135 is refundable if you cancel on or before October 11, 2026. After October 11 we can issue a credit rather than a refund, and that credit is transferable to our spring weekend. You may also transfer your place to another player at any time up to October 18. Send us their name, email, phone and skill level so we can update the draw. Your payment stays with the event and applies to their place, and any money owed between the two of you is settled directly between you. If play is shortened or cancelled due to weather or conditions beyond our control, registration fees are not refunded. The rest of the weekend continues as planned, and we will still have a full schedule of things to do together. Lodging is booked directly with each property and is subject to that property's own cancellation terms. The weekend getaway entry is included with registration at no additional cost and is awarded at the close of the event.
